How To Deep Clean Your Wheels
One thing that can make or break an exterior detail is a clean wheel. It seems small, however, it makes a huge impact on the finished product. Here’s some basic tips on how to deep clean your wheels!
Use a dedicated wheel and tire cleaner. A wheel cleaner is something you can buy at Walmart and will exponentially reduce the time spent scrubbing the wheels/tires.
Get good quality tire and wheel brushes. Rather than using a dish sponge or whatever else you might have lying around, we recommend picking up a set of good brushes. This is as simple as getting a nylon tire brush, wheel barrel brush, and detail brush for the face of the wheel!
Finally, protect the tires with a tire dressing and apply a sealant to the wheels that will hold up to the high heat that the wheels are exposed to.
