Raptor Detail!

We recently were given the opportunity to detail and perfect this beautiful Ford Raptor and of course we couldn’t turn it down. We were tasked with deep cleaning the interior then applying protection to all interior surfaces including conditioning the leather, protecting the carpet, and dressing all the plastics and trim. For the exterior, we began with a deep clean then clay barred and used an AIO (all-in-one) polish on the paint. Finally we deep cleaned the engine bay and protected that with a UV dressing also. Here are the exact steps we took to finish this detail!

We started on the exterior by cleaning the wheels and tires. Then we moved to the hand wash and then to clay barring it. After that we cleaned the floor mats as well as the door jambs and prepped the paint for the AIO polish.

After polishing, we detailed and cleaned the engine bay using an assortment of brushes and making sure to use as little water as possible but also being as detailed and as thorough to get into all the tighter areas.

Next up, we moved to the interior and started with deep cleaning of all the surfaces including the hard plastics, leather, soft plastics, and glass. We then shampooed the carpet in specific areas that were too soiled for just a vacuum to clean. Then we protected all the surfaces with UV dressing, leather conditioner, and carpet protectant.

Finally, we moved back to the exterior and applied tire dressing as well as ceramic protection to the paint to insure it lasts as long as it possibly can. We also completed our final inspection on the entire vehicle inside and out to make sure nothing was missed and everything was cleaned to the highest possible level of perfection.

The results of this detail speak for themselves and it’s safe to say that this truck was literally brought back to life and now looks YEARS newer! If you have any questions regarding ceramic coatings, paint correction, or maintenance detailing please feel free to reach out at any time!
